Therapeutic Groups
Our Crafty Neurodivergent Therapy Groups are designed and led by a neurodivergent Developmental Educator, offering low-demand exploration of various crafts. Each term is tailored to the group, and might consist of crafts such as collage, acrylic painting, textured art, hand sewing, tie dye, crochet, watercolour, slime making, and so many more. This group aims to foster community through shared interests and builds understanding and self-compassion through art, mindfulness, and shared experiences. At the same time, you’ll build capacity and skills for socialising and relationships, collaboration, positive neurodivergent identity and skills for project ideation to completion.
